Starting a journey a life with diabetes 1

I start to do this blog for two reasons to help me and others. I was just diagnosed with diabetes 1. I am 40 years old and i have a healthy lifestyle. It was a surprise to get that diagnose but i have had autoimmune disorder before and propably my diabetes is from autoimmune effect. But back in the reason of blog i have discover that there are plenty of different strategies to live with different diseases and and relieve their symptoms. I examine lot better things when i write the things down. I will speak in this blog is there supplements what are useful, different diets and other methods to cure diabetes 1. Also i will approach immune modulation because the i have the type LADA diabetes and there is correlation with immune function and function of pancrea.

Is there some one medicine that will cure me? NO! Often people are waiting one miracle drug what gives the cure or they know that there isnt but their are hoping of it. So then it is easy to sell different products with false claims.People try to use it and no benefits and then they are without of hope. I have been using supplements and studied natural cures for different disease for a long time and what i have learn is there no sickness where you cant find some help supplements. It is another question what is the magnitude of effect with the supplements. Diabetes 1 is not from the easiest ways to find a cure but i am hopefull thta there is. I just get diagnosis few days ago but i have found one supplement what magnitude of effect is very high with my blood qlucose levels. It is called berberine.
